CHC Subarnapur was founded in the year – 1957 : it is established at the bank of ansupa laka. It is assembled of 21 SC, 4 PHC having 1, 20,605 population. It provides preventive, promotive, curative as palliative care. It comprises of twenty ANMs ,ten MPHW(M), four MPHS(F), four MPHS(F), six doctors one pharmacist, four staff Nurse, other paramedics along with superintendent .
Our CHC provides high standard, cost free and timely service. It also provides Regular and out-patient services , in- patient services, comprehensive family welfare services i.e. surgical and Non- surgical , obstetrecture, gynecological and specialized services including labour room services to tackle high risk pregnancies, Dental services, Laboratory Diagnostic services, Different National health programmers, maternal care and child health, Immunization services etc. In addition to medical services our CHC also include making provision for safe drinking water and basic sanitation, garden facilities , prevention and control to endemic diseases, collection of vital statistics of the area, health and nutrition, education and training of various health personal working under the CHC Subarnapur.
